Back in early 2020, we were working at different tech companies in Bangkok. Both of us kept running into the same problem – businesses would call us after their systems had already crashed or their websites were crawling along at painful speeds.

The frustrating part wasn't just the technical issues. It was watching business owners lose customers and revenue because nobody had bothered to test their systems properly before problems hit. We'd show up to fix disasters that could have been prevented with proper performance testing.
